You will need to be able to log into your district Google account. If you are unsure, use this link and follow the prompts to sign in. Use your district email address and your district network password. https://accounts.google.com/signin/

Before beginning a Video Conference, read the document on the right to learn more about the best practices for creating, hosting, and participating in a Video Conference.

1. Go to https://meet.google.com
2. Click Join or Start a Meeting
3. Enter a nickname if you are joining a meeting, or leave it blank to start your own meeting. Click Continue
4. Click "Join Now"
5. To add someone to a meeting, Click "Copy Joining Info" and paste the meeting details into an email or another app. (You may add someone to a meeting after the call has started by selecting "Meeting Details" and clicking "Copy Joining Info".
1. Go to https://outlook.office365.com and log in with your district credentials.
2. Click on the Calendar Icon and select "New Event" at the top.
3. Click the 3 dots "..." and select "Get Add-ins"
4. Type "Google Meets" in the search bar
5. Click "Add" to add the Hangouts Meet Add-In to Outlook
Once you have added the Google Hangouts Meet Add-In
6. Create a new event by clicking "New Event"
7. Choose the 3 dots, then select "Hangouts Meet"
8. Google Meets information will be placed in the body of the Event that can be shared.
